Orders over $50 qualify for FREE SHIPPING within Canada! Shipping rates are automatically calculated when you add items to your cart and enter your shipping address.

Free shipping is not applicable for exchanges and the actual shipping cost will be deducted in the case of a return.

Tracking & Insurance

Orders may be tracked on our website, through "my account" and also online with Canada Post. All orders include shipping insurance except for lettermail.

International Restrictions

USA: Beco Baby Carriers, Manduca Baby Carriers & BumGenius/ Flip Diapers cannot be shipped to the USA.

INTERNATIONAL: We ship worldwide with the exception of Beco Baby Carriers & BumGenius/ Flip which cannot be shipped internationally.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to AB, SK, MB, QC, PE, YK, NU & NT are charged 5% GST. Orders shipped within BC are charged 12% HST*. Orders shipped to ON, NB & NL are charged 13% HST*. Orders shipped to NS are charged 15% HST*.

*Cloth diapers are exempt of the social service portion of HST in BC, ON & NS, so customers within these provinces pay only 5% tax on diapers (except diaper accessories such as wet bags, wipes & laundry products which are not exempt).

International customers are not charged sales tax (including USA).
