Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund (less our shipping costs). Please contact us before returning any items with the reason for your return. All items must be in absolutely NEW, UNWASHED condition in the original packaging with all instructions and accessories. We cannot accept items that smell of smoke or perfumes, have stains or pet fur.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that were shipped free will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refund.
Please note: Custom orders are final sale (non-refundable, non-exchangable).
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 30 days. Please contact us for size or style availability. Return postage must be included for all exchanges. Please contact us before shipping your exchange. All items must be in absolutely NEW, UNWASHED condition in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that smell of smoke or perfumes, have stains or pet fur.
If you are pregnant, we can extend our exchange policy to 30 days from your due date for our Gorgeousbaby Pouch Slings. This allows you to try the sling for size once your baby arrives.
Please note: our free shipping offer is not applicable for exchanges.
Please return it to us in the condition you received it:
1. Include all packaging, brochures, and accessories that were included with the item.
2. Carefully fold all products and package the item with adequate protection. Do not use the carrier packaging box as the shipping box.
3. Ensure your method of shipment has tracking and insurance. We will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
4. International items must be marked "Return to Vendor" for customs.
Items returned in unacceptable condition:
If your return is received in poor condition (excessively wrinkled, scented, pet hair/linty, soiled, or smelling of smoke) it may be returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to refuse items returned in unsellable condition. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for items that are not in like-new condition when returned to us. Items that are dirty, washed, scented, not in original packaging or that do not include all original instructions/ DVD's will incur a 10% restocking fee.
