Oh Snap! by Babyhawk Instructions
Front Carry

1. Buckle the waist strap so that it sits on the top of your hips
2. Fully extend webbing on shoulder straps and make sure they are unbuckled from side of carrier.
3. Remove Sternum Clips and put them in a safe place.
4. Hold your baby so that he can wrap his legs around your waist.
5. While supporting your baby, pull the body of the carrier up and over his back.
6. Do a little hop to get your baby seated fully into the carrier.
7. Use one hand to support your baby and the other to grab the strap coming from the opposite shoulder and clip it the opposite side, then repeat with the other side. Straps should be crossed on your back.
8. Tighten the straps so that your baby is snug against your body.
TIP: If you are a petite user and the waist strap does not feel snug enough, make sure that you have the waist strap adjusters completely cinched.
Back Carry

1. Buckle the waist strap so that it is snug on the top of your hips.
2. Put your baby on your hip and scoot him around onto your back while leaning forward with your back flat like a table.
3. Make sure his body is centered on your back.
4. While holding on to your baby with one hand, pull the body of the carrier up between his legs and over his back.
5. Put your arms through the shoulder straps and do a little hop while you pull on the straps to ensure that your baby/toddler is nestled into the carrier.
6. Tighten the shoulder straps so that your baby is snug against your body.
7. Clip the sternum strap together and tighten.

Safety Tips
• As a safety precaution please use the elastic loop attached to the female buckle on the shoulder straps to hook the male buckle.
• Adjust the waist adjustments before you put your baby in the carrier.
• When your baby is in a back carry, be constantly mindful of their positioning and safety.
• Check the clamps on your sternum strap regularly and make sure that they are snapped down.
• Adjust the sternum strap by pulling the outer clip casings towards the webbing, sliding it to where you want and closing the clips.
Be sure you hear a snap sound when they close!
