A special order is an item that we do not normally stock but will gladly order for you. Orders made by credit card will be charged a 50% deposit upon placing your special order. The balance will be charged when we receive the item and ship it to you. Orders made by Paypal are paid in full at the time your order is placed.
There are no cancellations on special orders once you receive your order confirmation. Delivery dates are approximate only. Be assured that we will process your special order as soon possible.
If an item is currently listed on a manufacturer's website, please contact us about the possibility of ordering the item for you.
Backorders
Backordered items are styles that we currently stock and are due to arrive in-stock shortly. If you place an order for a backordered item, your credit card will be charged only when the
item arrives in-stock and is shipped to you. Orders made by Paypal are paid in full at the time
your order is placed. Delivery dates are approximate only.
