A special order is an item that we do not normally stock but will gladly order for you.

There are no cancellations on special orders once you receive your order confirmation. Delivery dates are approximate only. Be assured that we will process your special order as soon as possible, usually the same business day.

If an item is currently listed on a manufacturer's website, please contact us about the possibility of ordering the item for you.

Special orders are final sale (non-refundable, non-exchangable).

Backorders

Backordered items are products that are due to arrive in-stock shortly, usually within 1-2 weeks. If your order contains a backordered item, we will ship the order complete as soon as it arrives in-stock.
